Services
Entheognosis provides integrative healthcare, consultation, somatic therapies, education, and wellness services designed to support the health and well-being of our clients. Services may include clinical care provided by licensed healthcare professionals, as well as complementary and educational offerings that support whole-person wellness. The specific services available depend on the qualifications and licensure of your provider and are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
Our services are intended to support personal development, self-awareness, and well-being. They are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Healthcare Information & Professional Services
The information provided on this website is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Content on this website should not be considered a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, or other healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Some services offered through Entheognosis are provided by licensed healthcare professionals acting within the scope of their education, training, licensure, and applicable laws. Clinical services are governed by separate informed consent documents, professional practice standards, and any additional agreements provided prior to the start of care.
Your use of this website, including submitting an inquiry or scheduling an appointment, does not by itself establish a provider-patient or therapist-client relationship. Such a relationship is established only after appropriate intake procedures have been completed, both parties agree to engage in services, and any required consent and practice documentation has been signed.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately or seek care from the nearest emergency department.
Integrative and Complementary Services
Our practice embraces an integrative approach to health and well-being, recognizing the interconnectedness of the body, mind, emotions, spirit, and environment. Depending on the qualifications and licensure of your provider, services may incorporate conventional healthcare alongside complementary approaches such as somatic practices, mindfulness, lifestyle counseling, and education related to the preparation for and integration of transformative experiences, including those involving plant medicines.
Discussions regarding plant medicines are intended to support education, preparation, harm reduction, and the integration of experiences where legally appropriate and within the provider's professional scope of practice. We are committed to practicing ethically and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as the professional standards governing our licensed providers.
Recommendations and treatment plans are individualized and based on each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in shared decision-making and to communicate openly with their provider regarding their health history, current treatments, medications, and concerns.
Integrative and complementary approaches are intended to complement—not necessarily replace—conventional medical or mental health care when such care is appropriate. Decisions regarding healthcare should always be made collaboratively with qualified healthcare professionals.
