When touched by the spirit of these master plant teachers we are given the gift of insightful revelation, heart cleansing, connection restoration and support for the ever evolving harmony & balance within body, mind and soul.

Though plant medicines are not a necessary requirement to attune to the innate inner wisdom, working with this additional support can be a helpful tool to utilize in the process of healing for all levels of ones’ being and in our conscious evolution.

Working in these ways provides a container to practice the inner listening that aides in growing the capacity to hold oneself with compassion & greater understanding of our human nature.

Illumintated Wisdom

Bodywork combined with the earth sourced wisdom of plants and fungi for soulful evolution.

Illuminated sessions are offered in a safe intentional container for the purpose of healing and insightful evolution. Each session is held and guided with genuine care and compassionate presence.

The inclusion of skillfully applied bodywork acts as an additional resource for the physical and energetic system to deepen into & emerge from the journey in a grounded manner.

  • Illuminated sessions are offered individually and/or as a three part series that includes preparation & integration sessions.

  • Each session is offered one-on-one and tailored to the needs of the recipient.

The Inner Journey : A three part series

The Inner Journey is for those who are interested in meeting master plant teacher’s in a safe and gentle way and to begin to develop a relationship with the spirit of these earth based medicines.

The Inner Journey is also for those who already have a relationship with these allies and are interested in incorporating working with them in their personal development practices, along with the inclusion of somatic healing.

The Inner Journey : three part series

  • Introductory Session

    The first session serves as a preparatory session to lay the foundation for the Illuminated session.

    We will meet to discuss what intentions you are holding for your journey, speak about the process and answer any questions you may have regarding our work together.

    The Introductory session will also include a bodywork session to help establish a familiarity and rapport with the inclusion of touch.

    Additional preparations, unique to each individual, to tend to between the Introductory session and the Illuminated session will be advised.

    The Introductory session and the Illuminated session occur within a week of each other.

    If you are new to working with master plants, the journey through the Introductory, Illuminated and Integration sessions will serve as training to support you in cultivating an embodied foundation for working with sacred plant teachers.

    If you have been receiving bodywork from me regularly, the Introduction session isn’t necessary to help build familiarity between us however, it can serve as a valuable part of the process to help prepare the body and mind for the Illuminated session.

  • Illuminated Session

    Illuminated sessions begin with an acknowledgement of conscious and consensual engagement with the process.

    The work that is done in this therapeutic container is intended to serve you on your path in your soulful evolution.

    That which transpires within this space acts as a thread of an ongoing conversation being woven between you & yourself, the plant teachers and Life/Spirit/Nature-Consciousness.

    During our time together you are invited to share what is present within you to be seen and heard by a neutral witness. Together we hold your intentions, your prayers, within the collective field.

    A small amount of physical plant matter is invited into the space to support the inner workings of awareness to arise closer to the surface, to help teach what needs to be learned, to aide in clearing what needs to be cleared and to help illuminate what lies in the shadows.

    Skillfully applied bodywork will be provided while the plant spirit helpers are most noticeably present.

    The bodywork provided includes a blend of Craniosacral therapy, Massage, acupressure & energy work.

  • Integration Session

    Some time after the Illumination session, a week post session or sooner, we will meet to speak about what is new now, what was stirred from below and sits at the surface of awareness, what dreams have come etc.

    This meeting will be opportunity to ask follow-up questions and receive supportive guidance to continue moving forward on the journey in a grounded and nourishing way.

    These sessions are tailored to each individuals personal needs. Generally, bodywork is not included in this session however, if the moment calls for it or is requested in advance, then bodywork can be implemented.
